Introduction

United International Transportation Company (Budget Saudi) announces that, on 24/06/2021, the member of the Audit Committee Mr. Samir Saud Samman (Non-Board Member) has resigned for personal reasons effective as of that date.

The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Mr. Mohammed Abdulaziz Al-Ghannam (Independent Board Member) instead of the resigned member. The Board Approval is not Final, and it will be presented to the next General Assembly meeting for Approval.
