Referring to the announcement of the United International Transportation Company (Budget Saudi) on 02/05/2021 on the results of the Ninth Ordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting) regarding the Assembly's approval to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the second half of the fiscal year 2020 with a total amount of (SAR 88,958,335). (12.5%) of the Company's capital, at a rate of (SAR 1.25) per share, the Company is pleased to announce to its shareholders that the profits will be distributed starting from Monday 10/05/2021 by direct transfer to the linked bank accounts In the investment portfolios of the shareholders, noting that the eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on owning shares at the end of the day of the General Assembly meeting on 29/04/2021 (the date of maturity), and who are registered in the shareholder's register of the Company in the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the close of the second trading day after the date of the General Assembly
