Terms & Conditions

• Rates include fuel and driver charges only and are subject to 15% VAT.
• For services outside Jeddah, an additional SAR 250 driver charge applies, excluding VAT, including driver accommodation and meals.
• Service is subject to vehicle and driver availability.
• Full-day service is limited to 10 hours. Additional hours or trips will be charged separately.
• Point-to-point transfers are charged based on location and route, with different rates for services within or outside Jeddah.
• Waiting time and additional parking charges, if applicable, will be charged separately.
• Any change in route or service requirements may result in additional charges.
• Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
